“A Course in Miracles” tells us there are no accidents in salvation: “Those who are to meet will meet, because together they have the potential for a holy relationship” (M-3.1:7).
Our family of origin is no random constellation. While in our earliest years it may appear to be the source of much inner and outer conflict, it also provides a powerful means for integrating key aspects of our personality alongside our spiritual Self, leading to a sense of wholeness, dignity, and gentle authority.
In this podcast we explore the above with a reading of ‘Family Ties,’ taken from “The Bridge of Return: A Course in Miracles as a Western Yoga.” We will traverse various terrains: Jungian theory; astrology; and the Kerrigan’s kitchen table — the setting for many discussions in the classic Australian film, “The Castle.”
